  1. How long will it take to receive my order?
    Standard blinds and shades orders are normally delivered two weeks after your order is processed. Delivery time for Tailored Roman Shades is three weeks. Expected delivery dates will be displayed at checkout.
  2. How much does shipping cost?

    Orders shipped to addresses in the 48 continental United States:

    • No additional cost for standard sized blinds.
    • $80 shipping charge for all blinds over 102" in width and for vertical blinds over 102" in width and/or height.

    Orders shipped to addresses in Alaska and Hawaii:

    • $65 shipping charge for standard sized blinds.
    • $145 shipping charge for all blinds over 102" in width and for vertical blinds over 102" in width and/or height.
  3. The sample color I want to order states "Sample not Available." How can I order a sample of that color?

  4. Can the bottomrail warning label be removed?
    This label is required and mandated by the CPSC (Consumer Product Safety Commission) and is not intended for removal. Additionally, removal of this label may damage your window treatment.
